Frequently Asked Questions:

Do I need to have my own equipment for camps and clinics and leagues?
Yes. Boys must have helmet, mouthguard, shoulder pads, arm pads and gloves. Girls must have goggles and mouthguard.

When will I get a schedule and roster?
Schedules and rosters will be  posted on the web site at least one week prior to start of program.   Always check the web site for updates before leaving for your game. 
 
When does indoor  league begin and where is it?
Keep an eye on our home page for NEW  programs! Mad Dawg Indoor  program will have two sessions for High School level boys and girls and Youth boys and Girls in grades 6 - 8.  All indoor programs are held at The Fieldhouse in Sparta. (www.fhsparta.com)  Game times to be determined by enrollment.

How do I register?
Regstration forms can be found on the registration page or by requesting one from coach@maddawglax.com.  Print, complete and mail along with payment to P.O. Box 207 Glenwood, NJ 07418  Your cancelled check is your proof of enrollment.

Can I sign up as an individual player?
Yes! We encourage everyone to play. Players are placed on rosters according to their spring program unless requested otherwise.  Every attempt will be made to place players from same program/town on same team.

What if there is bad weather?
Every attempt will be made to cancel in case of bad weather through www.maddawglax.com as soon as can be determined.  Always check your email before leaving for the field.  Cancellations due to weather can not be made up.

Do you offer discounts?
Enroll  siblings to receive 10% discount on each additional enrollment.  You may also receive a $10 discount on multiple session registrations.
